1000 people from the Jewish and Christian communities of the Greater Buffalo region gathered together in friendship and solidarity for Buffalo Celebrates Israel! at Zion Dominion Global Ministries on Sunday night November 6. The event was coordinated by Eagles’ Wings with the participation of over 20 churches and ministries from across the region as the Body gathered to express Christian love and support for Israel and the Jewish people.

Special guests and speakers included Congressman Brian Higgins, Erie County Legislator Ray Walter, newly arrived director of the Buffalo Jewish Federation Michael Wise, host pastor Roderick Hennings, and Eagles’ Wings executive director Robert Stearns, who also sang a powerful rendition of the Hatikva, the national anthem of Israel.

There was much excitement as people waved Israeli flags, clapped and danced to music, and applauded the speakers as they declared support for Israel.
