Rodlyn has ministered with Eagles’ Wings since 1999 and currently serves as the Global Coordinator for The Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem and as the Global Coordinator for the Eagles’ Wings Watchmen Curriculum and Watchmen Training Seminars.

Rodlyn is best known for her Watchmen Training Seminars, the Watchmen on the Wall Manual, and her CD training sets that supplement the Manual. The topics of this series focus upon: The Jewish Roots of Christianity, God’s Unconditional Covenant with Israel, Israeli/ Palestinian/ Arab Issues, Media Bias, as well as the nature and threat of “Political or Radical Islam.” Rodlyn’s strength in teaching on these topics is her ability to research diverse material on Middle Eastern issues, to find consistent verifiable facts, and to then produce concise workshops marked by clarity, passion, and a prophetic edge. The exhortation she brings to these topics comes from years of being a “Watchman” herself.

After being The Eagles’ Wings Event Coordinator for The Call NYC in June of 2002 – an event that gathered 85000 believers to Flushing Meadows Corona Park for worship and prayer - she helped establish Houses of Prayer in the NYC Boroughs and developed monthly Seminars in the Metropolitan Region called “Lord, Teach Us to Pray.” These cooperative teaching seminars focused upon Regional Unity and the diverse forms of Outreach Ministry, Prayer, Worship, and Spiritual Warfare. Rodlyn has taught at great length on all kinds of Prayer, Discipleship, Unity in the Body of Christ, plus Inner Healing and Wholeness in the Disciples of Christ. Her teachings on these subjects have been born out of years of living a lifestyle of intercession, of “hearing God”, of Prayer Ministry to the Body of Christ, and of leadership between different denominations, generations, and cultures in the Body.

Rodlyn has also been asked to speak on The Five Fold Gift of Teaching by Dove Christian Fellowship Executive Leader Larry Kreider at their 2006 DOVE Conference on Five Fold Ministry Gifts, and she has ministered at Women’s Retreats as well.
