Job Description: Kristen serves as the administrative assistant to Joel James, Director of Development, and works within the Development Department on many Israel-focused events and initiatives. In addition to coordinating Joel’s frequent travel, a majority of her focus is directed towards the Jerusalem Banquet and events surrounding it. She is also involved in the coordination of many other events including the global Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem and Celebrate Israel events.
More About Me:
Kristen was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, in a Christian family. She received Christ into her heart at seven years of age and, as the daughter of local pastors, spent a great deal of time involved in the church. In her early teen years she began to seek an active relationship with God in earnest and became involved in the Reading House of Prayer as a singer. Shortly after turning 15, she joined the Eagles’ Wings three week Summer Discipleship Program where she encountered the presence of the Lord in worship.
After returning home from the Summer Discipleship Program, Kristen became an assistant worship leader at her home church and by the time she was 16, Kristen was leading worship regularly. During the same time, she made the decision to consecrate the first year of her life out of school to the Lord while searching out His plans for her life.
In September 2009 Kristen joined Eagles’ Wings 9 Month Internship at 17 years of age. Throughout the internship she experienced the transforming power of God in her own life and has been increasingly excited to see the same power change lives through Eagles’ Wings. Kristen continues to lead worship with the Eagles’ Wings team and is excited to see the kingdom being established on the earth today.
